Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist
Empower Patients to Communicate and Thrive

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. Your expertise will help patients recover their speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 a year
  • Patient Volume: 7 patients per day / 35 visits per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based therapy to improve patients’ speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions.
  • Foster a compassionate and engaging environment to encourage patient participation and progress.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current and unrestricted Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with adult and older adult populations.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping patients succeed.
