Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist
Help Patients Find Their Voice and Independence

We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact by helping patients regain essential speech, language, and swallowing abilities in a supportive and collaborative care setting.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually
  • Patient Volume: 7 patients per day / 35 visits per week

Your Role:

  • Deliver individualized therapy to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions.
  • Create a positive, empathetic environment that motivates patients throughout their recovery journey.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.
  • Accurately document assessments, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with industry standards.

What You Bring:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with adult and older adult populations.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
