Join Our Growing Team as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Make an Impact in Communication and Recovery!

We are looking for a talented and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to become part of our compassionate healthcare team. In this role, you will assist patients in overcoming challenges related to speech, language, and communication. Whether working with young children facing speech delays or adults in post-stroke recovery, you’ll play a crucial role in their journey toward improved communication.

Position Details:

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Annual Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
  • Patient Caseload: 7 patients per day, 35 per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess patients’ speech and language needs
  • Create tailored treatment plans for optimal communication development
  • Implement therapeutic exercises to support speech and language improvements
  • Educate patients and families on effective communication practices
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Track and document patient progress throughout therapy
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to families

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active SLP license in the state of Oregon
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration with colleagues
