Are you passionate about helping others find their voice? We’re on the lookout for a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our healthcare family. In this role, you’ll work directly with patients facing speech and language challenges—from young children with developmental delays to adults recovering from neurological events like strokes. Your expertise will be key in helping them regain confidence and improve their communication skills.

What We Offer:

  • Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually
  • Patient Load: 7 patients per day, with a weekly total of 35 visits

Your Role:

  • Conduct evaluations to assess the communication abilities of each patient
  • Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each person’s needs
  • Use innovative and effective treatment techniques to address speech and language difficulties
  • Educate patients and their families on how to apply communication strategies in everyday life
  • Work as part of a collaborative healthcare team, ensuring the best outcomes for patients
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed for optimal results
  • Empower families with the tools they need to support their loved one’s communication at home

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
  • A current license to practice as an SLP in Oregon
  • Certification in Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is highly preferred, but not required
  • A strong grasp of therapeutic approaches and equipment
  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is an advantage, though not required
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team

Why You’ll Enjoy Working With Us:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family
  • A 401(k) plan with company contributions to help you secure your future
  • Generous paid time off and holiday leave to support your work-life balance
  • Opportunities to continue growing your career with support for ongoing education and training
  • A positive, team-oriented work culture where you’ll be empowered to make a real difference in people’s lives

If this sounds like the perfect opportunity to put your skills to work in a fulfilling way, we’d love to hear from you! Please send your resume and a brief cover letter to apply.
