Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Outpatient Clinic
Location: Bend, Oregon
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $75,000 to $85,000 + benefits
Position Overview:
Are you a well-trained Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking an opportunity to make a meaningful impact? Our outpatient clinic in Virginia is looking for a skilled SLP to join our rehabilitation team. SLP Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patients’ communication and cognitive needs.

Provide therapeutic interventions, including articulation therapy, voice modulation techniques, and cognitive-linguistic exercises.

Utilize evidence-based practices and innovative tools to enhance patient outcomes.

Educate patients and families on communication strategies, home exercises, and techniques to support ongoing progress.

Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, patient-centered care.

Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with clinic standards.
Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Current Oregon SLP license in good standing.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

Proficiency in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices is a plus.
