Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Outpatient Clinic
Location: Grants Pass, Oregon
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $75,000 to $85,000 + benefits

Position Overview:

Are you a well-trained Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking an opportunity to make a meaningful impact? Our outpatient clinic in Virginia is looking for a skilled SLP to join our rehabilitation team. SLP Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patients’ communication and cognitive needs.

  • Provide therapeutic interventions, including articulation therapy, voice modulation techniques, and cognitive-linguistic exercises.

  • Utilize evidence-based practices and innovative tools to enhance patient outcomes.

  • Educate patients and families on communication strategies, home exercises, and techniques to support ongoing progress.

  • Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, patient-centered care.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with clinic standards.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

  • Current Oregon SLP license in good standing.

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

  • Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

  • Proficiency in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices is a plus.
