SLP Position in Coos Bay, Oregon – Support Communication, Empower Independence
We’re offering an opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist to bring their clinical skills to a respected Assisted Living Facility. This is a chance to work with residents on enhancing speech, cognition, and swallowing—all within a collaborative setting that values results.
Role Overview:
- Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Weekdays, 9 AM–5 PM
- Expected Caseload: 35 sessions/week
- Compensation: $75K–$85K based on experience
Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluating communication and swallowing needs
- Developing patient-centered therapy plans
- Engaging with team members to align care approaches
- Educating caregivers and families
- Keeping records up-to-date and treatment strategies goal-focused
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in SLP
- Oregon state licensure
- At least two years of hands-on experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
