Now Hiring: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Rehab & Recovery

Location: Estero, Florida

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + benefits


Position Overview:

Our interdisciplinary model includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology working hand-in-hand to provide holistic care. As part of our SLP team, you’ll be empowered to lead meaningful change in your patients’ lives every single day.

We are seeking a passionate, patient-centered Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals experiencing speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders—often resulting from injury, surgery, or illness.

Your Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy to patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive-linguistic, and/or swallowing disorders
  • Collaborate with PTs, OTs, physicians, and caregivers to support patient-centered goals
  • Document progress using electronic medical records and maintain regulatory compliance
  • Educate patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
  • Contribute to team meetings, interdisciplinary care planning, and continuous quality improvement

Requirements:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Licensed (or license-eligible) SLP in the state of Florida
  • Hold a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or completing Clinical Fellowship (CFs welcome!)
  • Experience in rehabilitation, orthopedic/neuro settings, or post-surgical care preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
  • Passion for helping others regain independence through communication and swallowing therapy
