Position Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Assisted Living Facility

Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

Location: Hillsboro, Oregon

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat residents with speech, language, voice, cognition, and swallowing disorders
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional goals
• Provide dysphagia management and train staff on safe swallow techniques and diet modifications
• Deliver therapy in one-on-one settings, fostering genuine relationships with residents
• Educate family members and caregivers to support communication and safety at home

Qualifications:

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Oregon (or eligible for licensure)
• Passionate about geriatric care and functional outcomes
• Skilled in both communication and clinical reasoning
• Comfortable working in memory care and assisted living environments
