Now Hiring: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Connecticut

Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 per year

Location: Waterbury, Connecticut

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others? We are seeking a motivated SLP to join our growing team in Connecticut, where your expertise will help clients communicate with confidence and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy sessions to individuals and small groups
  • Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to support progress
  • Document and track patient outcomes in compliance with state and federal guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license in the state of Connecticut (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • New graduates welcome – Clinical Fellowship (CF) supervision available!
