Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 per year

Location: Davis, California

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations and therapy
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Work with diverse populations including children, adults, and seniors
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators, physicians, and caregivers
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid California license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Strong clinical skills and experience across a variety of settings (schools, outpatient, rehab, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
