Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Assisted Living Facility | Redmond, Oregon

Help residents regain their voice and confidence in an environment where communication matters. This role focuses on supporting older adults with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing challenges.

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Patient Load: Approximately 7 patients per day / 35 visits per week

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing functions.
  • Create and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.
  • Work alongside a collaborative healthcare team to enhance residents' quality of life.
  • Provide education to residents, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and adapt treatment approaches as needed.
  • Adhere to professional and regulatory standards.

Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active SLP license in Oregon.
  • At least two years of clinical experience.
  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
