Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Assisted Living Facility | Beaverton, Oregon

Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Patient Load: Approximately 7 patients per day (35 visits per week)
- Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually
Your Role:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions.
- Develop and deliver personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each resident's goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve residents’ overall quality of life.
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Uphold professional standards and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active SLP license in Oregon.
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience, ideally working with older adults.
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
