Full-time General Surgeon Wanted at Surgical Practice in Austin, TX

We are looking for an experienced and professional General Surgeon to join our team. The General Surgeon will be responsible for performing a variety of complex medical procedures and surgeries while providing quality patient care. The successful candidate should possess excellent clinical skills, a strong understanding of medical ethics, and a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.

SCHEDULE:

Regular business hours with occasional on-call and weekend duties.

Flexible scheduling options are available.

SALARY:

$400,000 - $500,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose and treat acute, chronic, and complex medical conditions
• Perform surgery to treat conditions and injuries
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress
• Prescribe medications and treatments
• Consult with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
• Educate patients and their families about treatments and procedures
• Keep detailed patient records and document treatments

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine
• Completion of a residency program in General Surgery
• Board certification in General Surgery
• Licensed to practice medicine in the state
• Excellent knowledge of medical ethics and patient safety protocols
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to make decisions quickly and effectively
