Full-time Orthopedic Surgeon Needed to Join Our Privia Health Services Inc.

Join our Privia Health Services inc. team in our outpatient MD office, where we provide specialized diagnosis, and treatment of disorders of the bones, joints, ligaments, tendons and muscles

You will be working with experienced Orthopedic Surgeon and contributing to the holistic well-being of our young patients.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Occasional evening shifts may be required based on patient needs.

Pay:

$460,000 to $700,000 per year + Bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the needs of children and adolescents.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, considering developmental stages and family dynamics.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a variety of health concerns in young individuals.
  • Deliver family therapy sessions to support parents and caregivers in creating a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies involving children and adolescents.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities.
  • Stay informed about current research, best practices, and advancements in child and adolescent psychiatry.

Qualifications:

  • (MD) or doctor of osteopathic medicine (DO)
  • Strong knowledge of child and adolescent health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and child-centered approach.
  • Ability to establish rapport and build trust with children, adolescents, and their families.
  • Atleast 3years or more experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
