Now Hiring: Orthopedic Surgeon – Outpatient Office (SNF) in Harrisonburg, Virginia
We are seeking a board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join our outpatient practice in Virginia. In this role, you will provide specialized musculoskeletal care in a state-of-the-art facility, focusing on diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention for orthopedic conditions and injuries.
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 per year + benefits
What You’ll Do:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including fractures, arthritis, sports injuries, and degenerative diseases.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including both surgical and non-surgical interventions.
- Conduct outpatient orthopedic surgeries and procedures with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, physician assistants, and other specialists to optimize patient care and recovery.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, including imaging and minimally invasive techniques, for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
- Educate patients and families on post-operative care, recovery plans, and injury prevention.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Licensure: Active and valid medical license in Virginia.
- Education: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited program.
- Experience:
- Proven experience performing outpatient orthopedic surgeries.
- Proficiency in minimally invasive procedures is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong surgical skills and knowledge of current orthopedic practices.
