Now Hiring: Orthopedic Surgeon – Outpatient Office (SNF) in Staunton, Virginia

We are seeking a board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join our outpatient practice in Virginia. In this role, you will provide specialized musculoskeletal care in a state-of-the-art facility, focusing on diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention for orthopedic conditions and injuries.

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 per year + benefits

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including fractures, arthritis, sports injuries, and degenerative diseases.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including both surgical and non-surgical interventions.
  • Conduct outpatient orthopedic surgeries and procedures with precision and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with physical therapists, physician assistants, and other specialists to optimize patient care and recovery.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, including imaging and minimally invasive techniques, for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
  • Educate patients and families on post-operative care, recovery plans, and injury prevention.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Board Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Licensure: Active and valid medical license in Virginia.
  • Education: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited program.
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience performing outpatient orthopedic surgeries.
  • Proficiency in minimally invasive procedures is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong surgical skills and knowledge of current orthopedic practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient education abilities.
