Location: Woodbridge, Virginia
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $250,000 to $350,000 + benefits

Who are we looking for?

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Orthopedic Surgery.

  • Valid and unrestricted Virginia medical license.

  • Proven experience in outpatient, surgical, or hospital settings preferred.

  • Proficiency in performing a wide range of orthopedic procedures, including joint and sports-related surgeries.

  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach.

What you will do:

  • Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans for musculoskeletal conditions.

  • Conduct minimally invasive and complex orthopedic surgeries, including joint replacements, arthroscopy, and fracture repair.

  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Physician Assistants, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

  • Monitor patient recovery, provide post-operative care, and adjust treatment plans as needed.

  • Educate patients and families on pre- and post-surgical care and rehabilitation strategies.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, patient progress, and outcomes in compliance with clinic regulations.
