Orthopedic Surgeon – Outpatient Office Practice

Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year

Location: Alexandria, Virginia

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our high-performing Outpatient Office in Virginia. Here, you’ll practice at the cutting edge of musculoskeletal medicine—without the demands of overnight hospital shifts or unpredictable call schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat orthopedic conditions with a focus on musculoskeletal health
  • Perform in-office procedures and minor surgeries (as applicable)
  • Collaborate with physical therapists, physician assistants, radiologists, and other specialists
  • Create and manage personalized treatment plans including surgical and non-surgical options
  • Provide consultative care and post-operative follow-up with an emphasis on education and prevention
  • Maintain detailed clinical records in compliance with best practices and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Completion of ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Valid Virginia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Excellent bedside manner and a strong commitment to patient care
  • Interest in outpatient-focused practice with a collaborative care model
