Orthopedic Surgeon – Outpatient Excellence in the Heart of Virginia

Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000 per year

Location: Sterling , Virginia

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a full-time outpatient role, with a predictable Monday-Friday schedule and no hospital rounds or emergency surgeries. You’ll focus on evaluating and managing musculoskeletal conditions, performing minor in-office procedures, and collaborating with our integrated team of physical therapists and clinical staff.

What You'll Do:

  • Diagnose and treat orthopedic conditions in an outpatient setting, including but not limited to arthritis, fractures, tendon injuries, joint pain, and sports injuries
  • Perform in-office procedures such as joint injections, ultrasound-guided aspirations, and minor surgical interventions
  • Interpret imaging and collaborate with radiologists and physiatrists to optimize treatment plans
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative consultation and care
  • Document thoroughly using our advanced EHR system
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure continuity and excellence in patient care

Qualifications:

  • A licensed MD or DO in the state of Virginia (or ability to obtain one)
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Passionate about outpatient musculoskeletal care and patient relationships
  • Skilled in minimally invasive techniques and conservative treatment approaches
  • Excellent communicator with a collaborative spirit
