Plastic Surgeon Needed at Watts Cosmetic Clinic
Watts Cosmetic Clinic is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon to join our team. This is a full time, hospital-employed opportunity offering an excellent compensation plan - including initial salary guarantee, starting bonus, and the opportunity to earn productivity bonuses!
Must be interested in both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Team includes two experienced plastic surgeons and two advanced practitioners. Unique practice setup with freestanding cometic operation suite, in addition to hospital block time.

Watts Cosmetic Clinic is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon to join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Physicians deliver wound care at the bedside in the post-acute care setting: nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and long-term acute care hospitals.
- Physicians round weekly at each facility.
- The job is Monday to Friday with no calls and no ER/Hospital calls.
- Document in real-time during rounds with our proprietary niche specific EMR.
- Training is provided during onboarding.
- Must have a full/active MD/DO license
- BE/BC in Plastic Surgery
- An active unrestricted license in the state you wish to practice
- At least 3 years of experience in the field.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
