Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000 per year + benefits

As a Sonographer, you’ll be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams and supporting physicians in assessing and diagnosing a variety of medical conditions. You’ll combine technical excellence with compassionate, patient-centered care across a broad range of clinical settings.

Job Duties:
  • Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams, including OB/GYN, abdominal, vascular, small parts, and emergency imaging
  • Prepare and position patients for procedures while explaining processes and ensuring comfort
  • Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff to support accurate diagnosis and patient care
  • Document findings, maintain detailed reports, and capture key imaging for clinical evaluation
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment (GE, Philips, or Siemens systems), ensuring quality and safety standards
  • Participate in on-call rotation and support emergent ultrasound requests in trauma or surgical cases
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
  • Current ARDMS certification (Abdomen and/or OB/GYN required; RVT or additional specialties a plus)
  • Oregon license or eligibility in accordance with state guidelines
  • BLS certification (AHA)
  • Minimum 1 year of hospital-based sonography experience preferred (new grads with strong clinicals encouraged to apply)
  • Excellent patient communication and clinical judgment skills
